Please note that due to the current situation, the refund handling time will take longer than normal. We are unable to specify an exact time frame for the refund as each airline also is under a massive workload, but we will of course do our very best to get your refund to you as soon as possible.
Depending on the delays from the airlines the refund process can take 6-8 weeks and in extraordinary cases even longer after an application has been made to the airline. As soon as we get the funds from the airline we will send them to you; however, due to the large refund volumes we are handling because of the pandemic unfortunately the process on our end can also take a few weeks.
You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please wait for that email before trying to contact us by phone or email or on social media because our current answering times, which goes for everyone in the airline industry, are much longer than normal.
Please note that you can always check the status of your refund by looking into "My Bookings". Follow these steps to log in:
- Go to the site you booked on.
- Click “My Bookings” in the top right corner.
- Log in using your Facebook or Google account, or by entering your order number and the email you used when booking.
- When logged in you will see your bookings and refund status. Remember to click on “Your refund case info” to expand and see all the information.
